You will be introduced more than 50 agile practices, technical and organizational, for multi-team collaboration.
Everyone who is involved in managing and coaching agile product development in multi-team setting using Scrum.
Target audience
The SPS class expect you to have a fundamental knowledge of Scrum at the level of Professional Scrum Master.
During the class you will simulate a large product development using Scrum, from product definition, forming teams, to running a whole Sprint, and learn principles of scaled Scrum and the Nexus framework.
Globally recognized certification assessment Scaled Professional Scrum demonstrates excellent knowledge of multi-team product development in Scrum.
If you attempt the assessment within 14 days of receiving a code and fail, you will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.
